Knitting on TV
Did anyone watch Grey's Anatomy last night? The previews for next week feature the ladies knitting. I loved Bailey's comment "What are you doing? Knitting! This is not the country club!"

I thought long and hard about this. The Peace Fleece coop was ending on March 15th. In the end, I succumbed to the calling of Peace Fleece, Lorna's Laces, Jawoll sock yarn, Cotton Fleece, Cotton Fine and Cascade 220. It was a good 11 or was it 12 weeks on the Stashalong. Thanks Kim! I may join another Stashalong soon since I've hoarded stocked up.

My baby has been watching me knit his 1st pair of socks. He would wear the one sock on his foot while watching me knit. In a mad rush while watching 24 last night, I finished the second sock. I slipped it on my sleeping son's foot and whisked him off to bed. He woke up in a fantastic mood this morning when he saw both socks on his feet. He refused to take them off. He proudly stated, "I'm wearing the socks to school today!"

I knit Orange Kidlet Tank last Summer. She barely wore it because she had nothing to match. I was looking for a quick fix while regrouping for the next project. OSW fit the bill as a quick fix and a stashalong project. Now she has a twin set for a whopping $1.97. The yarn used was leftover from her tank.
Someone was obviously having fun with the camera. I think she likes it!
