I was so excited to play with my new ball winder. I wrapped the skein over the backs of 2 chairs. Everything was going well until maybe 1/3 was left. The skein leaped out of the chair and ended up a tangled mess on the floor. It was so messed up that I had to cut the yarn. Here's their response, "We have no amendments to this design. You are right in saying that it seems wide but it is meant to be a very loose fitting garment which hangs like a smock rather than a conventional sweater."I am glad that I read through the pattern/schematics.
